Spiced Apple Agave

Made with Hiatus Blanco

1.5 oz Hiatus Blanco Tequila
2 oz Ginger Beer
1 oz Pure Apple Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Angelica Botanika Bitter Aperitif
.5 oz Agave Nectar
Cinnamon for glass rim

Add all ingredients into a shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an apple sliver and ground cinnamon dust on the glass rim.
