Plum Highball

Made with Hiatus Blanco

2 oz Hiatus Tequila Blanco
1 oz Ume
Tonic Water

Take a highball glass and add ice, Hiatus Tequila Blanco, and Ume. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lemon peel and plum wedge.
