Hiatus Old Fashioned

Made with Hiatus Añejo

2 oz Hiatus Tequila Añejo
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

In a rocks glass add a sugar cube. Dash the bitters on top. Muddle the sugar cube until slightly dissolved. Add a large cube of ice. Add Hiatus Tequila Añejo to the glass over the ice. Stir until proper dilution is achieved and the sugar is dissolved. Garnish with a flamed orange twist. Photography by Gabi Porter
