1 OZ HIATUS BLANCO
.5 OZ ORANGE LIQUEUR
1 OZ FRESH LEMON
.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP (1:1)
3 RASPBERRIES
PROSECCO
.5 OZ ORANGE LIQUEUR
1 OZ FRESH LEMON
.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP (1:1)
3 RASPBERRIES
PROSECCO
Muddle raspberries, then add to a shaker. Add remaining ingredients except Prosecco. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist and/or raspberries.
