Elderflower Highball

Made with Hiatus Blanco

2 oz Hiatus Tequila Blanco
1 oz St. Germain
Tonic Water

Take a highball glass and add ice, Hiatus Tequila Blanco, and St. Germain. Top with tonic water. Garnish with kiwi and thyme sprig.
